You may cancel future renewals at any time through your Whiptail customer account. To prevent the next weekly charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date.
Canceling after a renewal charge has been processed does not automatically cancel or refund that week’s order. To request cancellation of a processed order, contact info@whiptail.coffee before Friday at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time preceding the applicable Saturday roast day.
